Coconuts are not nuts, but drupes, and have been used in emergencies as a temporary IV fluid because coconut water is sterile and has similar electrolyte levels to human blood plasma. They are also incredibly versatile, with every part of the plant being used for things like food, building materials, cosmetics, fuel, and even armor.  We supply coconut for drink and food industry.
